My Mission
To empower female leaders in the corporate sector to live their lives (personal and professional) to the full, through targeted, bespoke workshops and structured coaching.

Hi, I'm Joanna
I envision a world in which women are empowered to step up in their lives, their roles and their organisations. Where they are achieving their potential and creating lives they love.
As an ICF Leadership Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, I specialise in helping mid-career women in corporate roles super-charge their careers. But unlike generic career coaching, my approach combines personal value alignment, strategic career planning and executive-level confidence building. I encourage my clients to look inwards to find their strength and give them the space and time to feel heard and connect with themselves before helping them build the road map to their goals.
My goal is to increase female representation at the table, one woman at a time.
The importance of EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) has been a consistent thread throughout my career. I have worked extensively in the disability sector and have also experienced being the sole female in senior positions. I look for opportunities to help others realise their full potential and maximise their contribution to their organisation.

I was a Trustee of the Suzy Lamplugh Trust for nine years until my terms ran out this summer. I am committed to helping women find their voice, and their power, to achieve their potential and have a career and a life they love.

I understand the dynamics of power and influence
I have 25+ years’ experience in business development, project and event management, communications and leadership working with Boards and C suite stakeholders in the voluntary sector and the City. I use this wide-ranging experience to help clients understand the dynamics of power and influence and use the superpower of self-awareness to navigate their careers and goals.

I combine professional experience with a deeply empathetic approach
I have been honing my commercial and communication skills since entering the world of work in the mid-nineties. I have partnered with a wide range of big UK brands and international names including, Merrill Lynch, Insight Investments, Farrow and Ball, Daihatsu, Roche, Bayer, AbbVie, Novo Nordisk, B&Q, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Virgin, Carlsberg, and many more. I have learned to focus on really understanding how to meet the needs of my clients.
I have worked for a number of household names like the Royal Academy of Arts and the Royal Horticultural Society as well as a most formative time at Standard Chartered Bank.
Most recently, I spent 12 incredible years helping build the partnerships, community, brand, communications, engagement, profile and track record at the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness.

More about me
My pronouns are she/ her. I live by the sea in Brighton, on the UK’s south coast, with my partner and two funny, kind, and curious children. I balance my working life by spending time with family, friends and being outside in nature. The big skies, whether up on the Downs or, more regularly, down on the beach, and, when I can, in the sea, help give me the space, light and perspective to bring my whole self to my clients and my business.
I’m a Barefoot trained coach with a Level 5 coaching qualification and AAC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
