Welcome! I'm Joanna Conlon, founder of Light Consulting

In early 2023 I established Light, a new consultancy offering one-to-one coaching, facilitation, and workshops to engage, empower, energise and enlighten.

My coaching moves beyond generic professional development to focus on the acceleration of high-potential women into senior roles.

I have 25+ years’ experience in senior leadership, business development, communications, ESG and complex stakeholder working with Boards and C suite stakeholders in the voluntary sector and the City, so I understand the dynamics of power and influence.

Light works with you to lighten the load, find the light at the end of the tunnel and help you and your teams find those light bulb moments.

I am a Barefoot coach, I have a Level 5 qualification in coaching and am an AAC accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
